A wonderful, unforgettable night full of brightness and the magic of music has, the legendary Diana Ross offered yesterday night at the Panathenaic Stadium, having won over one more time the hearts of the Greek audience, giving radiance and “Hope”, as part of the proceeds from the concert will be disposed for the support of the purposes of the Association “ELPIDA-Association of Friends of Children with cancer”.
The Diva of Soul and Popo music with the aura of a real star, has proven that, she remains all times stunning. From the first time that, she appeared on the stage, the audience of the Stadium, exceeding the 11.000 people has, as a wave, unstopped applauded her and sing with her any emblematic success.
The concert was an extravagant event with impressive videos through which all her life has passed by, inspired messages of hope and unity and a sense that, something historical was taking place in front of the audience eyes. Diana Ross, with her incredible voice and her elegant presence has created a nearly dreamy atmosphere.
The Panathenaic Stadium was filled with emotions, lights and music in a night that, it was reminding something from the “golden Years” of the World showbiz, proving that, the legends do not fade but they simply shine forever.
The audience has repeatedly glorified her with standing ovations and
love expressions, recognizing not only her artistic value but, the message of life that she stands for “ Love is always the answer”.
An incoparalable reception had also the Greek Number One, Elena Paparizou who opened the concert, singing with her unique way songs that are worldwide known such of : Madonna, ABBA, Tina Turner, Jon Bon Jovi and others and her own two songs with which she has represented our country in Eurovision! The exceptional, Elena Paparizou, was the best choice to welcome on the stage, the legend, Diana Ross.

And I am also very happy that, I will sing together with this legend of music, Diana Ross, Elena Paparizou said at the opening of the concert as the last night’s event was not only a unique music experience, but an action as well, for the support of “ELPIDA” children.
Diana Ross, has also spoken with the same enthusiasm thanking the owner of Galaxias Live Productions, Antri Orfanidou who, organized this incredible concert by saying:

The presence of the UN and international Organizations representatives who came to Athens to honor the memory of the “ELPIDA” founder, Mrs. Marianna V. Vardinoyannis and the presence also of representatives of politics, journalism, business and art of the country, members and friends of “ELPIDA” and healed children, have send a strong message for a future with more care, hope and support for each child that gives his own fight.
Diana Ross has created history in Athens and this night will remain at the memory of all people for ever.
