It was a great success the Christmas Dinner organized from “ELPIDA – Association of Friends of Children with cancer” on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens.
Within a unique Christmas atmosphere of high aesthetics, the President of ELPIDA, Mrs. Christianna V. Vardinoyannis, has welcomed members, supporters and friends of the Association, personalities from the sectors of diplomacy, Society, business and art, having a common target: the support of the children who are fighting the cancer.
The Ambassador of the United States, Kimberly Guilfoyle, in appreciation of the timeless and internationally recognized work of “ELPIDA” was also there supporting with her presence the event.
The entertaining part has been undertaken free of charge by the beloved artist, Konstantinos Argyros who offered exceptional moments of festive mood.
The President of ELPIDA, Mrs. Christianna V. Vardinoyannis, has thanked at her speech all of them for their support at the battle against the children’s cancer emphasizing that, the strength of offer is a precious gift for the children these holy days of Christmas time:
“I would like to thank you from the depth of my heart being here tonight and your warm support to ELPIDA. This tonight’s event is much more than a dinner; it is a night of love and solidarity for the children of ELPIDA. You are honoring us tonight and become a part of our sacred struggle for the children with cancer and their families”.
Mrs. Stamatina Tsimtsili had undertaken the presentation of the evening while the well known DJ Antonis Dimitriadis, the entertainment. The atmosphere was warm and glamorous with the invited persons to exchange wishes and substantially support the Association’s work.
The Christmas Dinner of “ELPIDA” sent the message that, solidarity and hope might brightened the lives of the children and their families by joining at their side a lot of steady and new friends and allies.
The President of “ELPIDA” was escorted in this magnificent night by all the Board of Directors members of the Association while, Mrs. Marianna Lemos, Nouli Manoli, Alina Mineta and Tzortzina Ellina had participated at the organization committee.
